Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support the General Manager in managing daily operations, strategic priorities, and executive workflows. This role will act as a key coordination point across senior stakeholders, ensuring effective time management, preparation, and execution of business activities. This position replaces an existing role and offers the opportunity to expand executive support capacity, enabling better prioritization of leadership focus while maintaining operational continuity. The successful candidate will also take ownership of several support activities currently managed within the team, with the opportunity to help shape how these responsibilities evolve in the future.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules and competing priorities
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational context and executive needs
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Digitally savvy with confidence using modern productivity tools and collaboration platforms
  • Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • English — essential (professional fluency)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting senior leadership or working in fast-paced, international environments is an advantage
  • German and/or French — strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the General Manager’s calendar, ensuring effective prioritization and alignment with business goals
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all required documentation is ready in advance
  • Support executive decision-making through preparation of reports, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Handle administrative and operational tasks including documentation, approvals, and internal communications
  • Act as a liaison between the GM and senior stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion
  • Track key action items and follow up to ensure timely completion
  • Support planning of leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategic sessions
  • Assist with additional operational and executive support activities as required
