About The Position

URBN is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Sourcing & GTC Officer & Chief Sourcing Officer. This role manages schedules, communications, meetings, travel arrangements, and confidential information while helping leaders stay organized, efficient, and focused on business priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of executive or senior administrative support experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively anticipate executive needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting notes/action items.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reporting.
  • Screen and manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and follow up on key initiatives.
  • Organize executive events, team meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Maintain records, files, and administrative systems.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
