Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is a 60-year-old strategy consulting firm that partners with leaders in business and society to tackle challenges and capture opportunities. BCG helps clients with total transformation, inspiring complex change, enabling growth, building competitive advantage, and driving bottom-line impact by blending digital and human capabilities. The Executive Assistant (EA) role is essential to the office's success, supporting Managing Director & Partners (MDPs) to seamlessly serve clients and meet internal commitments and goals. This involves anticipating needs, managing case team logistics, complex schedules (internal and external meetings), end-to-end travel planning, and tracking time and expenses. The role starts with a 60-day in-office onboarding period to build foundations and accelerate learning, after which it transitions to a hybrid model with an expectation of 3 to 5 days per week in the office. In-person work is emphasized for culture, mentorship, and professional development. EAs contribute to office life, collaborate with Business Services Team (BST) members, and serve as role models for junior administrative staff. The position offers numerous growth opportunities in areas such as event planning, affiliation engagement, case team logistics management, client relationship building, and optimizing MDPs' time and energy.
