About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required, Associate Degree Preferred.
  • Preferred minimum of 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong, customer-oriented work ethic.
  • Dedication to teamwork and leadership.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to critically interpret and use data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate Degree Preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, handling correspondence, handling errands and general operational needs as assigned.
  • Customer Relations: Greet customers and visitors, handle customer inquiries, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-up on requests with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Document Management: Prepare, review, and edit documents, presentations, and reports. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all materials before distribution.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
