About The Position

Cin7 is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to provide dedicated support to the CEO and manage the day-to-day people and facilities experience at our Denver office. This hybrid role involves being a trusted partner to executive leadership while also ensuring the physical workspace runs smoothly and employees feel supported. The position is part of the People & Culture team and will collaborate with senior leadership on scheduling and coordination.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of EA/PA experience supporting a senior executive (CEO, C-suite, or equivalent).
  • Excellent judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, with the ability to serve as a trusted proxy for the Executive Team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing vendor relationships, service agreements, and budgets.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
  • A people-first, "no task too small" mindset.
  • Must be based in the Atlanta area with the ability to meet local team members as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Own the CEO's calendar, including internal and external meetings, and manage their meeting cadence and scheduling priorities.
  • Manage and facilitate organization-wide communications from the CEO, including coordinating Board and Leadership meetings and materials.
  • Coordinate Executive and Senior Leadership meetings, including Global All Hands, across different geographies and time zones.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements and planning for the CEO, including assistance with expense reimbursement.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events involving senior leadership, such as room booking, materials preparation, and catering.
  • Partner with the People & Culture team to plan and execute culture initiatives like team events, social gatherings, and employee recognition.
  • Coordinate logistics for company-wide events for the North American team, such as year-end celebrations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires and visiting colleagues, assisting with orientation and support.
  • Support onboarding logistics in partnership with People Ops.
