About The Position

Crossroads Church is a growing multi-site, interdenominational church with locations in Ohio and Kentucky, and an expanding online presence. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner, anticipating needs, bringing order to fast-paced environments, and creating momentum. This role supports both professional and personal logistics, requiring exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage priorities effectively. If you are energized by supporting others and ensuring smooth operations, this role may be a great fit.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and calendar management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver with strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Performs multiple tasks effectively under pressure
