Executive Assistant

NFXSan Francisco Bay Area, CA
Onsite

About The Position

We are NFX, a seed stage venture capital fund based in San Francisco led by four General Partners who’ve started ten companies that exited for over $10 billion. We have a dynamic team creating inspired content and building software tools for early-stage founders. We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support one of our GPs in our Hayes Valley office at 34 Page St. This role requires someone who thrives working independently, excels at managing their own time, and is a pro at keeping projects and tasks on track in a fast-moving venture environment. The ideal candidate can make more hours appear each day by expertly managing schedules, including back-to-back investor and founder meetings, international travel, and last-minute calls. Beyond supporting the GP, there are opportunities to roll up sleeves on operations initiatives, such as supporting investor relations or helping bring our AGM to life. This role emphasizes in-person collaboration, AI literacy for streamlining tasks, resourcefulness, hustle, and a lack of ego. The core role involves working from the Hayes Valley office, coordinating meetings, preparing information for presentations, keeping priorities clear, managing timelines, and coordinating all travel arrangements, including being available for last-minute changes.
