We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to join our team in Vancouver. This is a hands-on, in-office role that combines executive support, recruiting coordination, office management, and people operations. You’ll work closely with leadership, helping keep a fast-moving team aligned, organized, and operating efficiently. This is not a “wait for instructions” role. We’re looking for someone who operates like a Swiss army knife — comfortable jumping into whatever is needed and figuring things out. No task is too big or too small.
