Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
Discreet handling of sensitive information.
Proficiency with new technologies and MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Effective workload and schedule management.
Business writing skills and high attention to detail.
Maintains confidentiality for company and staff matters.
Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
Works well under pressure and exercises sound judgment amid competing priorities.
Familiarity with Western business practices preferred.
Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Some understanding and experience with administrative functions, processes, and systems.
A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a leadership retail role.
Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making capability.
Ability to work on big strategy plans as well as day to day tasks.
Strong knowledge of retail operations, store support, and multi-location environments
Retail Apparel experience is required
Critical thinking skills, proactive and innovative

Responsibilities

Maintain and update the executive's schedule, coordinate meetings, and set reminders.
Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and letters, prioritizing and directing communications as needed.
Plan and book travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation to ensure seamless travel experiences.
Manage group-wide meetings and agendas, take notes, and track action items for the Executive Leadership Team.
Keep the executive calendar up to date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments, and providing daily briefings.
Track and process executive expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Organize and file important documents, reports, and presentations.
Greet visitors, manage the reception area, and direct inquiries professionally.
Assist with project management tasks such as research, data compilation, and presentation preparation.
