Revin is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its executive team and manage daily company operations. This role is crucial for protecting executive time, managing calendars, and ensuring smooth operations during aggressive scaling. It's a high-trust, high-ownership position at the center of the company, offering exposure to sensitive information and important relationships. The ideal candidate will be close to the action and become indispensable to a team building a generational company.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably a founder or C-suite leader in a high-growth startup, finance/consulting firm, or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to track everything and close all loops without prompting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of representing leadership with polish, discretion, and warmth.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, thrive with changing priorities, and reprioritize gracefully.
  • Absolute discretion and trustworthiness with sensitive information.
  • Fluency with modern tools including calendar, email, Slack, and AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT.
  • A bias toward action and total ownership, with a proactive approach to identifying and filling gaps.
  • Ambition to be a builder and contribute to building a generational company, not just a support role.

Responsibilities

  • Own the executive calendar, managing complex and shifting schedules for leadership, triaging priorities, defending focus time, and ensuring executives are prepared and in the right place at the right time.
  • Manage inboxes, draft and send correspondence on behalf of leadership, and ensure timely responses to all internal and external communications.
  • Orchestrate domestic and international travel, build detailed itineraries, and handle last-minute changes efficiently.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and briefing documents, capture notes and action items, and follow up on all action items to completion.
  • Manage office and team operations, including the New York office experience, coordinating team meals and events, and managing vendors.
  • Support hiring and onboarding processes by coordinating candidate interviews and scheduling logistics.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as expense reports, subscriptions, gifting, and personal logistics to ensure executives operate at full speed.
  • Anticipate needs before they are voiced.
