Requirements

  • Business Administration Degree with a minimum five (5) years’ experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with a variety of computer software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Diligent and PowerPoint).
  • Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and some weekends and manage multiple tasks and demands.
  • Occasional travel required (for permanent candidate).
  • To qualify for this position, candidates must be able to furnish proof that they are authorized to work in the country they are applying on a permanent basis without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative tasks including, but not limited to: Heavy meeting and calendar management to ensure there are no conflicts
  • Organize domestic and international travel, develop detailed itineraries, and ensure passport and Visa documents are accurate/up to date
  • Liaise with executive management team to coordinate meetings, agendas, and conference calls
  • Prepare and/or approve expense reports
  • Produce monthly business reports
  • Manage deadlines on various Action Items
  • Coordinate all details of international visitors including, but not limited to: Provide appropriate documentation, so the visitor may enter the country, Create detailed travel itinerary and prepare meeting agendas, Book domestic travel (flights, hotels, ground, etc.), Coordinate meetings/coordinate induction program with PIC staff and add meetings to calendars/itinerary, Secure appropriate paperwork from Health Assurance for requested farm visits
  • Work independently and within a team on special projects, which may include: Planning and coordinating special meetings, Organizing company-wide events, Organize Global Meetings (research hotels, venues, vendors, ground transportation options, etc.)
  • Maintain all confidential information.
