About The Position

We are seeking a high-caliber, analytical, and "hands-on" Executive Assistant to the COO. This is a strategic partnership designed for someone who thrives on data, operational efficiency, and problem-solving. You will serve as the COO's "right hand," moving seamlessly between executive-level data analysis and boots-on-the-ground warehouse operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred in a math-based Business field, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Formulas) and high-level computer literacy are mandatory.
Prior experience in Supply Chain, Data Analysis, or Operations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with the COO to monitor and optimize store and warehouse operations.
Communicate daily with multiple department heads to ensure workflows are running at peak efficiency.
Leverage advanced Excel skills to track inventory, analyze supply chain metrics, and generate reports that drive executive decision-making.
You must be willing to "roll up your sleeves," spending time building complex spreadsheets or assisting with inventory audits in the warehouse.
Act as a central hub of communication to ensure COO directives are executed across various teams.
Identify supply chain bottlenecks and propose data-backed solutions to improve the bottom line.
