About The Position

We are seeking a high-caliber, analytical, and "hands-on" Executive Assistant to the COO. This is a strategic partnership designed for someone who thrives on data, operational efficiency, and problem-solving. You will serve as the COO's "right hand," moving seamlessly between executive-level data analysis and boots-on-the-ground warehouse operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in a math-based Business field, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Formulas) and high-level computer literacy are mandatory.
  • Prior experience in Supply Chain, Data Analysis, or Operations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the COO to monitor and optimize store and warehouse operations.
  • Communicate daily with multiple department heads to ensure workflows are running at peak efficiency.
  • Leverage advanced Excel skills to track inventory, analyze supply chain metrics, and generate reports that drive executive decision-making.
  • You must be willing to "roll up your sleeves," spending time building complex spreadsheets or assisting with inventory audits in the warehouse.
  • Act as a central hub of communication to ensure COO directives are executed across various teams.
  • Identify supply chain bottlenecks and propose data-backed solutions to improve the bottom line.
