Requirements

  • Experience working with senior management
  • At least ten (10) years of relevant experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent sense of priorities, organization, and teamwork
  • Keen sense of diplomacy, discretion, professional maturity, and judgment
  • Independence, thoroughness, and tact
  • High availability, punctuality, and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in writing and preparing presentations
  • Proven bilingualism (English and French, spoken and written).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in event planning and/or management will be considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Independently perform various advanced administrative tasks
  • Manage the schedules of the Chief Executive Officer – Show Operations
  • Organize and coordinate meeting logistics
  • Coordinate business travel, expense accounts, and all travel logistics for the Chief and certain division directors
  • Draft communications, correspondence, and various texts in French and English
  • Draft minutes for certain meetings of the Chief Executive Officer – Show Operations
  • Coordinate logistics for special professional and social occasions (conferences, forums, events, galas, etc.) that the CEOs are required to attend
  • Provide administrative support
  • Contribute to various Talent and Revenue projects and programs
  • Coordinate the sending of invitations to various activities (employee premieres, celebrations, etc.)
  • Coordinate the distribution of Ovation gifts
  • Liaise with the various departments and divisions of Cirque.
