About The Position

POLITICO is looking for a motivated, onsite Executive Assistant to support four C-Suite level executives: Global Chief HR Officer, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Data Officer and Chief Technology Officer. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and can thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role supporting c-suite.
  • A strong motivation to work in-office 5 days a week, embracing real-time collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive calendar, inbox, and time management skills, with a keen sense of prioritization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft correspondence and presentations as needed.
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • A flexible and positive attitude with a passion for executive support and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Strategically manage complex calendaring across multiple time zones, prioritizing intricate schedules, ensuring meetings are seamlessly coordinated, well-prepared, and conflicts are proactively addressed.
  • Travel & Expense Management: Coordinate multipart international travel arrangements including flight bookings, accommodations, transportation and itineraries and ensure seamless logistics. Handle expense reporting and reconciliation, guaranteeing timely and accurate expense submissions.
