The role involves serving as a highly trusted partner, managing dynamic calendars across multiple time zones, coordinating meetings, acting as a primary point of contact for scheduling and logistics, managing email triage, arranging travel, preparing the C-Suite for meetings, owning stakeholder experience for high-profile engagements, taking notes, supporting leadership operations, serving as a liaison between the C-Suite and internal teams, partnering with facilities and operations, anticipating executive needs, providing insights for decision-making, and acting as a hands-on generalist.
