The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Executive Vice President and the real estate development team. This role requires exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel, preparing expense reports, assisting with financial budgeting and reporting, supporting office operations, organizing meetings and events, and assisting with client and team communications. The Executive Assistant will collaborate closely with internal teams, help maintain client relationships, and support real estate–related tasks such as contract and insurance certificate management. The role also involves working collaboratively with other Skanska units across various markets and engaging with CDUS teams to help enhance business performance. The ideal candidate functions independently while also working effectively as part of a team. Familiarity with real estate or development processes is strongly preferred. Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant administrative experience.
  • 3+ years proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities independently.
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
