About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Sales Executives and manage corporate events. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be based in the Central Time Zone within the USA.

Requirements

  • 3+ years as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting sales executives or in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish, with a strong emphasis on written communication, is required
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, and CRM software (e.g., Slack, Coupa, Navan).
  • Event planning and project management experience.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive business information.
  • Ability to travel a few times a year.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to sales executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare reports and sales documents using PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Plan and execute internal & external sales events, client meetings, and sales offsites.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events, handling last-minute changes and troubleshooting as needed.
