Bring your organizational superpower to a team that’s reimagining health care. In this role, you’ll help senior leaders stay focused on the work that matters most—by anticipating needs, removing friction, and keeping complex priorities moving forward. If you thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment and love building order from ambiguity, you’ll feel right at home. As an Executive Assistant, you’ll provide high-impact administrative partnership to leaders at the senior leadership team level and below. You’ll own complex calendaring, coordinate logistics for critical meetings, and handle a broad range of operational details—travel, expenses, onboarding support, and office coordination—while exercising sound judgment and discretion with confidential information. This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.
