Requirements

  • High School diploma required.
  • Must be attentive to detail.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task.
  • Must have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and other software programs.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
  • Ability to work occasional overtime and flexible hours, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Providing clerical support for the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets.
  • Maintain CEO’s calendar.
  • Keep track of CEO’s expenses.
  • Preparation of committee meeting minutes.
  • Filing.
  • Answering and directing administrative phone calls.
  • Sorting and preparation of incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Assist in covering meal break periods of the reception staff.
  • Attending departmental meetings.
  • Coordinating medical staff activities.
  • Maintaining medical staff files.
  • Coordinating board of directors’ activities.
  • Providing support relating to any other administrative issues that arise.
  • Oversees the process of obtaining CAPS certification for all physicians and other mandatory contract/staff.
  • Complete CLGA and Contracts.
