Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role with a large operations team, with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Sharepoint, Excel, Word PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
  • Requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a senior administrative support role is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars of the Senior Manager and the two general managers for the Service Centre of Saint-Hubert.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including the executive team of PWC.
  • Manage daily activities and determine important matters regarding the incoming information, anticipating needs and aligning priorities to meet goals.
  • Handle all communication modalities, prioritizing and responding appropriately.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Book travel arrangements including travel itinerary, hotel and transportation reservations.
  • Coordinate special projects and events as assigned.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments and staff members as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding company financial, compensation, and investor relations information.
