The firm was established to identify and capitalize on acquisitions of high-quality data centers across the globe. Cloud Capital acquires, manages, develops, and operates data centers to become the long-term owner and operator of choice for tenants globally. What the Role Entails The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders across Cloud Capital, ensuring the smooth coordination of calendars, travel, meetings, investor activities, and office operations. This role serves as a trusted partner to the team, helping drive efficiency, maintain organization across fundraising activities, and deliver a professional experience for investors, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of administrative experience supporting senior professionals or small teams
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience with calendar management, expense reporting, and travel coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones, including scheduling internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Prepare and process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
  • Track receipts and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Assist with meeting preparation (materials, logistics, agendas as needed)
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination for San Francisco office administrative needs
  • Liaise with building management, vendors, and service providers (cleaning, supplies, maintenance, etc.)
  • Manage office supplies inventory and ordering
  • Support planning and coordination of occasional in-office events or meetings
  • Act as a reliable cross-functional partner, helping anticipate team needs
  • Maintain organized records and documentation
  • Handle ad hoc administrative projects as needed
  • Coordinate investor meetings and on-site diligence meetings
  • Organize logistics for investor events, annual meetings, dinners, and conferences
  • Maintain investor data rooms and CRM systems
  • Ensure data integrity across investor information
  • Generate basic reports on investor engagement activity and meeting history
  • Manage calendars and fundraising trackers
