This key administrative support position coordinates, oversees, and/or performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative support for the hospital president, administrative board and senior leadership. This position coordinates and oversees and/or participates in the organization, supervision, and completion of special projects and/or events. Key functions of this role include maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, ensures correspondence and/or reports are high quality, accurate, and well presented. The executive assistant ensures proper documentation of various board minutes, leadership meetings, accreditation related information, and serves as a key resource for tracking hospital contracts and agreements. This position is forward-facing and interacts with a variety of customers, both internal and external.
