About The Position

Integrated Dermatology is a leading national dermatology practice that acquires and partners with dermatology practices across the United States. This growing company is seeking a part-time or full-time Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to one of its executive team members. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with an entrepreneurial executive, requiring an exceptional work ethic, positive attitude, fast and accurate typing skills (upwards of 75wpm), superior communication skills, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities. The ideal candidate should be adaptable and willing to handle various urgent tasks. This is a hybrid position, offering remote work opportunities, and requires a candidate residing in the Boca Raton area with a short commute to the office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • Minimum three years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-Level Executive
  • Fast/accurate typing skills; upwards of 75 wpm
  • Experience organizing travel arrangements
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and advanced Outlook calendar management)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong grammar and comprehension skills with close attention to detail
  • Proven time management, research, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to transcribe dictation into well formatted and organized format
  • Boca Raton–area candidate with a short commute to our office
