About The Position

The Executive Assistant is a high-trust, high-tempo role supporting the Chief Innovation Officer, who runs day-to-day operations across various aspects of the business. This role is responsible for managing a demanding, multi-time-zone calendar, coordinating frequent travel, preparing the executive for back-to-back meetings, and keeping a constant stream of priorities organized and moving. This is not a clerical role. The Executive Assistant is a trusted partner who anticipates needs rather than waiting for instructions, exercises sound judgment with sensitive information, and operates with precision in a fast-changing environment. The executive splits time between Austin and our El Segundo, California headquarters, and works regularly with our engineering team in Eastern Europe. Early-morning calls with the European team are a standing part of the week, and this role is part of them.
