What You’ll Do Act as direct operational leverage for the CEO—anticipating needs, resolving friction, and materially reducing cognitive load. Own executive logistics end-to-end: inbox, calendar, meeting preparation, execution tracking, and follow-through—without reminders. Ensure the CEO is the most prepared person in every room, every time—through disciplined prep, sharp notes, and full context. Use ClickUp as the system of record to manage priorities, decisions, action items, deadlines, and accountability. Translate executive intent into clear, precise requests that preserve context as work moves across the organization. Enforce executive-office standards for accuracy, professionalism, preparedness, and speed. Close loops independently. Escalate only what truly requires executive judgment. Serve as a filter, amplifier, and executor—not a bottleneck. You’ll Thrive Here If You Operate comfortably under high standards, direct feedback, and real accountability. Are still learning the fundamentals of executive support. What You Bring Demonstrated experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in a high-expectation, fast-moving environment. Advanced working knowledge of ClickUp or comparable execution systems. Clear judgment, precise communication, and relentless follow-through. Operational discipline with a bias toward execution over explanation. Comfort working with a direct, data-driven, no-nonsense executive style. Cultural alignment with ownership, speed, candor, and precision. Minimum Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior executive. Independent ownership of complex calendars, priorities, and workflows. Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy and judgment. Ability to work fully in-office in Salt Lake City. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting founders or CEOs in fast-growth or high-accountability environments. Background in operations or project management. Proven ability to create structure in ambiguity. Track record of enforcing standards while maintaining trust.
