Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar executive support role preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the President’s and executive team’s schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimize their time and productivity.
  • Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring clear and timely information flow.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and data collection as needed to support executive decision-making.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless operations and communication.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of documents and records.
  • Support travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other administrative tasks to streamline executive activities.
