We’re looking for a full-time sharp, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our team and help keep SuperDial running smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you’ll spend most of your time supporting our CEO, managing calendar priorities, travel logistics, and key administrative workflows. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities and switching context quickly. If you’ve supported C-Suite executives in a fast-paced healthcare or startup environment — and know how to juggle shifting priorities with a calm, can-do attitude — we’d love to meet you.
