About The Position

AST SpaceMobile is building the first and only global cellular broadband network in space to operate directly with standard, unmodified mobile devices based on our extensive IP and patent portfolio and designed for both commercial and government applications. Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today’s five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support three Senior Vice Presidents. This role is based in Lanham, MD, with a potential office relocation to Tysons, VA in 2027. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong independent judgment, and provide seamless administrative support including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of reports and communications. This position requires a polished professional who can serve as a key point of contact both internally and externally.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • A minimum of 4 years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and engage with individuals at all organizational levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy of documentation and deliverables
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Strong judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison among executives, employees, and external stakeholders
  • Manage executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
  • Arrange domestic and occasional international travel, including accommodations and itineraries
  • Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports
  • Format and prepare internal and external communications such as memos, emails, presentations, and reports
  • Take meeting minutes, document action items, and distribute follow-up communications
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailing
  • Support special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned
