The CEO is looking for an Executive Assistant who thrives in a high-performance environment, is proactive, precise, and brings order, clarity, and sound judgment to complex situations. This role is described as a partnership, influencing how the CEO operates daily for employees, customers, and the board, helping to protect time, increase focus, and maintain alignment across a global business. The Executive Assistant will be the connective tissue keeping information flowing, priorities aligned, and execution disciplined, managing complexity with confidence and protecting the CEO's focus.

Requirements

  • Seven or more years supporting senior executives, ideally founders, in fast-paced technology environments.
  • Experience handling complex schedules across multiple time zones.
  • A calm, steady presence in moments of pressure or ambiguity.
  • Strong communication, judgment, and planning skills.
  • High integrity, discretion, and professional maturity.
  • Proficiency with modern collaboration tools (Teams, Office 365, Confluence, and others).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner who helps me stay prepared, focused, and aligned.
  • Join select global trips to support customer, partner, and internal meetings.
  • Anticipate needs and remove obstacles before they appear.
  • Manage an intense, shifting calendar with accuracy and foresight.
  • Build end-to-end global travel plans that run flawlessly.
  • Organize competing priorities so that time is used with intention.
  • Draft, refine, and prepare communications that reflect our mission and values.
  • Strengthen clarity in presentations, briefs, and strategic documentation.
  • Engage confidently with executives, board members, customers, and partners.
  • Protect my time while strengthening the connections that matter most.
  • Track key initiatives and ensure follow-up and accountability.
  • Bring structure and momentum to cross-functional projects.
  • Operate seamlessly across cultures, time zones, and communication styles.
  • Help maintain alignment in a global company that operates around the clock.
