About The Position

Oscar is hiring an Executive Assistant to join their Market Management team. Oscar is a health insurance company that utilizes a full stack technology platform and focuses on serving its members. This Executive Assistant will support a member of the Operating Committee, managing their time and priorities to ensure their success. The role is based in the New York City office and requires a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office per week, including mandatory in-office days on Thursdays for team meetings and events. The other two office days are flexible.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior level executives

Responsibilities

  • Manage leaders' calendars by developing a thorough understanding of cross-departmental objectives and prioritizations.
  • Support travel and expense management for department leaders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate meetings and events.
  • Host guests; ensure their needs are covered while onsite to visit with senior leaders.
  • Provide coverage for other EAs as needed.
  • Participate in EA team process improvements; cross-functional project engagement as a stretch goal.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
