About The Position

Peraton is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Defense Mission and Health Solutions Sector. This role will directly support the Sector President and the immediate leadership team. The position is based in Reston, VA.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or a High School diploma with 10 years of related professional experience, or equivalent work-related experience supporting executives and Boards of Directors.
Proven experience managing executive calendars, schedules, and time priorities.
Experience planning and coordinating executive travel in accordance with company travel policies.
Experience preparing presentation materials and providing guidance on format and layout for other administrative staff.
Experience coordinating supply purchases, purchase orders, and office equipment maintenance.
Experience organizing and coordinating departmental meetings, events, and employee celebrations.
U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars and schedules, ensuring efficient use of leadership time and priorities.
Coordinate meetings and events, including drafting agendas, preparing materials, and documenting meeting minutes.
Gather and manage information from multiple sources, including highly sensitive and confidential company and employee information.
Prepare draft documents, reports, and correspondence for executive review or signature based on dictation, handwritten notes, or independent preparation.
Review and manage incoming communications, including opening, annotating, and routing mail and email appropriately.
Serve as an administrative resource for team members across the department or organization.
Prepare and process capital expenditure requests.
Develop and maintain electronic and paper filing systems to ensure efficient document management.
Process employee-related documentation, including requisitions, hiring paperwork, personnel action forms, security documentation, and other HR-related forms.
Provide support on special projects as requested by leadership.
Assist with financial reporting and tracking.
Prepare and submit expense reports, organizing receipts and supporting documentation.
Perform additional administrative or operational duties as assigned.
