About The Position

Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to Fanatics Holding Co. executive team. While maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality. Performs administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff. Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings on behalf of executives, with internal stakeholders and external vendors and partners. Arranges domestic and international travel including; flights, rental cars, hotels, car services (where required), and dinning arrangements. Performs office tasks including ordering supplies and assisting with department wide initiatives and events. Manage and coordinate interdepartmental communications between various members of the team Prepare presentation decks in PowerPoint Complete monthly expense reports for all supported executives Provide ad hoc support for the office of the CFO as needed Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • At least five years of related experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including; Outlook, Work and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new or updated software.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced, constantly evolving, and at times stressful environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and record keeping systems.
  • Able to type minimum of 50 words per minute.
