About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to two C-suite executives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs while keeping complex priorities moving forward seamlessly.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years supporting C-suite executives in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong business judgment; able to prioritize competing demands.
  • Comfortable making decisions independently and exercising sound discretion.
  • Clear, concise, professional communicator (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Composed under pressure; able to pivot quickly in dynamic environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.
  • Comfortable with travel booking and expense management systems.
  • Willing to operate on a nontraditional schedule as needed.
  • Highly responsive with strong judgment on urgency and prioritization.
  • Maintains accuracy and professionalism under tight timelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting multiple senior executives.
  • Strong organizational awareness; able to navigate relationships and move work forward efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, high-volume calendars.
  • Draft executive-level emails, correspondence, and materials.
  • Produce polished, executive-ready documents and presentations.
  • Handle highly sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Anticipate needs, remove obstacles, and create structure so executives can operate at full effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while staying several steps ahead.
  • Book travel and manage expenses.
