Requirements

  • Previous Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or blended EA/OM experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and expense reports.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and vendor management.
  • Coordinate office events, team gatherings, and special projects.
  • Maintain office supplies, facilities, and overall workplace experience.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics and administrative support.
  • Help create a welcoming and organized office environment.
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership as needed.
