About The Position

Executive Assistant to the CFO Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a CFO at a growing construction company. This individual will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, managing day-to-day administrative operations while ensuring the CFO’s time, priorities, and communications are handled with efficiency and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires discretion, adaptability, and a high level of initiative.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership

  • Experience in construction or a related industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CFO’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing appointments, and resolving conflicts
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
  • Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external meetings
  • Perform light data analysis and spreadsheet management, including organizing and manipulating data in Excel
  • Serve as a liaison between the CFO and internal teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, events, and executive-level engagements
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as directed by the CFO
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and other administrative documentation
  • Anticipate the needs of the CFO and proactively address administrative and operational requirements
