About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to keep our leadership team aligned and efficient.

Requirements

• 3+ years of executive administrative support experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Sharp problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, and absolute discretion.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Automotive dealership experience or familiarity with Dealership Management Systems (DMS) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, prioritize critical appointments, and coordinate travel logistics.
• Connect executive leadership with department heads (Sales, Service, Finance) to track dealership goals.
• Screen incoming executive calls, emails, and corporate guests with professional poise.
• Compile weekly and monthly dealership metrics into clear performance reports.
• Plan manager meetings, record minutes, and hold teams accountable to action items.
• Maintain complete discretion regarding sensitive financial records, legal assets, and personnel files.
