About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and relationship-driven Executive Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer as we continue building one of the premier orthopedic organizations in the Mountain West. Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of executive administrative support experience required
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency required
  • Acceptable motor vehicle driving history, valid and free from restrictions, and must have a valid driver’s license and appropriate vehicle insurance coverage.
  • Ability to travel between all OCR locations.

Nice To Haves

  • Seven (7)+ years supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives preferred
  • Healthcare or operational leadership support experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Notary Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with executive leadership to support strategic priorities and operational initiatives
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel, meetings, and executive logistics
  • Coordinate Board, leadership, and executive meetings including agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-up
  • Draft and manage executive communications, presentations, reports, and business documents
  • Track projects, deadlines, and organizational priorities to help maintain accountability and momentum
  • Support executive operations through proactive planning, organization, and workflow coordination
  • Serve as a key liaison across leaders, physicians, departments, and external partners
  • Help create a polished, organized, and service-oriented environment for executives, staff, and visitors
