At Orthopaedic & Spine Center of the Rockies (OCR), we believe exceptional patient care starts with exceptional people — and exceptional leadership. We are seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and relationship-driven Executive Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer as we continue building one of the premier orthopedic organizations in the Mountain West. This is not a traditional administrative role. This is an opportunity to become a trusted partner to an executive leadership team that is collaborative, forward-thinking, compassionate, and deeply committed to building something meaningful — for our patients, our physicians, and our employees. The person in this role will help drive organizational effectiveness by ensuring our leaders are prepared, informed, organized, and positioned to lead strategically in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will sit at the center of communication, coordination, planning, and execution for key organizational priorities and initiatives. We are looking for someone who: Naturally stays one step ahead Anticipates needs before they arise Thrives in fast-moving environments Brings professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment Enjoys solving problems and creating order Takes pride in supporting leaders and teams at a high level Wants to be part of a culture that genuinely values people. At OCR, culture matters. We are working intentionally to become: the Employer of Choice, the Patient’s First Choice, and the Leader in Orthopedic Best Practice and Innovation. That means we are looking for people who want more than just a job. We are looking for individuals who want to contribute, collaborate, grow, and help shape the future of our organization.
