The Executive Assistant will be responsible for executing confidential, high-level administrative assistance for the executive team and their direct reports. They may also aid other leaders based on availability and alignment with corporate initiatives.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Administrative Professional, Executive Assistant, or Business Management or related job experience
  • Three years experience with Administrative Support functions
  • Proficiency with technology and systems, including Microsoft Office and office equipment, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and leverage them efficiently
  • Advanced ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and complex tasks while maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and independent decision-making with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and interact effectively with executives, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to gather data, conduct research, and support projects and operational improvements
  • Adaptability and teamwork mindset, with a strong customer service focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment

Nice To Haves

  • Five years of experience as an executive assistant
  • Certifications relating to the profession
