About The Position

As an executive assistant, you would report to Fox Pest Control's President and have key operational responsibilities including coordinating and reporting on operational goals and initiatives, accountability reports, KPI analysis, scheduling travel, monitoring and conducting meetings, taking initiative on projects, assisting with staff leadership and additional various administrative & strategic planning assignments. Responsibilities

  • Exemplifying Fox Core Values in everything you do
  • Policy Committee chair (policy formation and management)
  • Contracts Committee chair (new contract formation, modifications, and management)
  • Leading and facilitating Executive team meetings
  • Facilities team leadership meetings
  • Leadership Summit strategy, vision and leadership
  • Take initiative and lead out on projects
  • Record meeting minutes and follow up on determined action items.
  • Coordinate communication efforts to departments
  • Review and manage large department or multi-region projects
  • Communicate closely with department leadership
  • Managing President's calendar
  • Represent leadership in meetings as needed
  • Coordinating travel itineraries
  • Order supplies as needed
  • Event Coordination
  • Any other duties as assigned
