About The Position

The Executive Assistant role is designed to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Campus Operations Officer. This includes managing calendaring logistics, planning, and executing team meetings and events to ensure a high-quality experience. The position also involves managing travel arrangements for the Chief and other team members, overseeing the financial responsibilities of the Chief's office, and serving as the primary point of contact for front-line communications. The Executive Assistant will handle emails, mail, and phone calls with a high degree of judgment, confidentiality, and discretion. Additionally, the role supports the Chief of Staff with various project tasks to ensure goals and implementation are met. This is a full-time remote position based in Texas, with a travel expectation of up to 20% of the time during peak periods.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (experience may be accepted in lieu of degree).

Responsibilities

  • Manage financial matters for the Office of the Chief with integrity, excellence, and diligence.
  • Draft correspondence, presentations, and manage front-line communications, understanding the Chief's voice.
  • Ensure the Chief's email inbox is categorized, organized, and all emails receive appropriate and timely responses.
  • Manage Campus Operations team meeting logistics, take notes, disseminate meeting notes and next steps, and follow up on commitments.
  • Manage the Chief’s calendar, assist with travel arrangements (flights, hotel, car rentals), and ensure all meeting requests are reviewed and calendared.
  • Support the Chief of Staff’s key initiatives, projects, and events through timely task completion.
  • Provide excellent and timely internal and external customer service on behalf of the Chief.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
