About The Position

Providing comprehensive daily support for the Wexner Medical Center Information Technology department and IT Sr. Leadership team on a day-to-day basis. Serves as a liaison for the Information Technology office, requiring exercise of discretion and discriminating judgment in dealing with all types of people, including patients, high level officials, faculty and staff, administrators, managers, physicians, customers, vendors and visitors. Handles matters of a highly confidential and sensitive nature. Primary responsibility is to coordinate day-to-day administrative activities of the Department of Information Technology and IT Sr. Leadership team. Coordinate administrative office functions for Wexner Medical Center IT, including personnel (as appropriate), budget (as appropriate), administrative activities such as answering the phone, taking messages, directing visitors, managing calendars, coordinating travel, timekeeping, purchasing and requisitions, data entry, information processing and transmission, vendor coordination and managing daily office functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
  • 0 years of relevant experience required.
