Requirements

  • Seven (7) years of professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate the needs of the President and CEO, executing necessary actions autonomously to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Proactively manage the inflow and prioritization of information, monitoring all incoming requests and resolving issues to maximize the CEO’s time for high-level strategic priorities.
  • Maintain total ownership of specialized projects, operating with high independence to meet objectives from conception through completion.
  • Conduct comprehensive research as necessary to provide complete information for decision-making.
  • Organize and analyze large datasets crucial for the everyday execution of tasks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technology issues as they arise to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Draft high-level correspondence and memorandums from minimal information, ensuring all written materials are accurate and error-free.
  • Manage internal and external inquiries, including screening calls, transcribing detailed messages, and re-routing requests to appropriate team members.
  • Responsible for end-to-end logistics for international travel, managing intricate schedules, stakeholder correspondence, and reservations with the flexibility to support global requirements.
  • Coordinate with family on personal matters, including travel, logistics, and financial items, with a high degree of discretion.
  • Effectively communicate with senior executive-level leadership and staff at all levels to facilitate organizational alignment
  • Manage budgets and reconcile finances within Quicken, preparing month-end summaries detailing transactions for all accounts.
