About The Position

In this role, the Executive Assistant provides high-caliber administrative and operational support to the CES CD Executive Manager. The Executive Assistant anticipates needs, streamlines processes, and drives follow-through on commitments to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience.
  • High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, arrange travel, and reconcile expenses with high accuracy
  • Plan staff meetings, leadership offsites; prepare agendas, coordinate with operations leader.
  • Draft emails, presentations, announcements, and memos; handle confidential information with discretion
  • Serve as a point of contact across internal and external partners; route requests and escalate as needed
  • Identify and implement improvements that enhance leader and team productivity
  • Manage and maintain team documents such as org charts & standard work.
  • Maintain accurate distribution lists for the department.
  • Serve as department go-to for administrative inquiries/support.
  • SWAG, Office Supply & Inventory ordering & management.
  • Support ACE program with monthly payments and tuition payments.
  • Assist with scheduling conference rooms, catering, ad-hoc projects, customer or leader visits, as needed.
  • Own & manage department engagement event planning & execution.
  • Work with other admins across the organization within GE as needed.
