About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Ecosystem Sales Executive – CES to drive specification of industrial automation products and solutions within engineering firms and consulting engineering practices. This role is pivotal in influencing project design and architecture early in the lifecycle and supporting automation sales executives across multiple territories to enhance project visibility and connect the dots across the end-user ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in industrial automation, including familiarity with hardware and software architectures.
  • Strong understanding of engineering workflows and specification processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for engineering stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with systems integrators and contractors in industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of automation platforms, control systems, and digital transformation technologies.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to influence early-stage project decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with engineering companies and consulting engineers and EPC’s to promote and specify industrial automation solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional automation sales executives to support project incubation and early-stage business development.
  • Facilitate alignment between end users, systems integrators, and specialized contractors to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance on hardware and software-centric automation architectures.
  • Deliver presentations, technical workshops, and product demonstrations tailored to engineering audiences.
  • Monitor industry trends and customer needs to inform product positioning and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the engineering and automation ecosystem.
