About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and logistical support to leadership at a well-known Fortune 500 company in the retail space. This is an onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity based in Goodlettsville, TN — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and takes pride in keeping leadership running smoothly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of executive or administrative support experience, with a focus on calendar management, meeting coordination, event planning, and logistical support — required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations and build positive working relationships — required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing demands, and maintain a high level of accuracy — required
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with an emphasis on scheduling and document management — required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working directly with executive-level leaders and cross-functional teams — preferred
  • Familiarity with fast-paced corporate environments, retail, or supply chain — preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in administrative support or communications — preferred

Responsibilities

  • Managing executive calendars and scheduling meetings with attention to priorities and stakeholder availability (50%)
  • Supporting event planning and coordination, including vendor management and on-site assistance (15%)
  • Handling documentation, data management, and accuracy in deliverables (15%)
  • Maintaining proactive communication and resolving issues across cross-functional teams (10%)
  • Prioritizing administrative tasks and anticipating leadership needs before they arise (10%)
