About The Position

The company is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CCMC Executive Team and function as an integral part of the office. This role involves collaborating with team members and contributing suggestions to achieve company goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of experience as a C-suite assistant supporting several executives at the same time
  • High school diploma required
  • Extreme proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new or updated software
  • Extensive knowledge of office management and administration, clerical procedures and recordkeeping systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Highly responsive as well as proactive
  • Ability to effectively take initiate and apply sound judgement
  • Work occasional hours outside of regular schedule for meetings
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving (if driving is a requirement)
  • Maintain a clean motor vehicle report (if driving is a requirement)
  • Hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits (if driving is a requirement)
  • Notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing (if driving is a requirement)

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Office or Business Administration or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the executive team in their ability to effectively lead the organization
  • Assist with special projects and serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external colleagues on all matters pertaining to the executive team
  • Act as point of contact of highly confidential and critical matters
  • Help draft, design, edit and produce complex documents, reports and presentations
  • Composes and prepares correspondence
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for executives
  • Manage expenses and required reporting
  • Manage schedules and calendars including arranging for organizational meetings and events
  • Take notes and record minutes
  • Manage the day-to-day calendar needs of the executive team
  • Screen, respond and/or greet visitors and decide if they should be able to meet with the executives
