About The Position

Our organization is seeking an Executive Assistant who will support our leadership team with day‐to‐day operations. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive and able to manage fast-moving priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. The executive assistant must be a strong communicator who can anticipate needs, streamline operations, and represent leadership with confidence.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business Admin or relevant field preferred.
  • 5+ years of administrative experience.
  • Proven experience supporting senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Previous experience performing data analysis and collection tasks is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation.

Nice To Haves

  • CAP or PACE certification a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high‐level administrative support to executives, including calendar, email, and task management.
  • Coordinate meetings and logistics such as agendas, materials, travel, and follow‐up actions.
  • Prepare and edit documents including reports, presentations, correspondence, and confidential files,
  • Serve as a communication liaison between executives, staff, clients, and external partners.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Track deadlines and priorities to ensure timely completion of executive tasks and projects.
  • Support special projects by gathering information, coordinating stakeholders, and monitoring progress.
  • Maintain organized systems for files, records, and operational workflows.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
