This role helps ensure effective operations and strong stakeholder relationships by managing executive priorities, coordinating communication with the Board of Directors, and supporting community engagement initiatives. The position requires exceptional organization, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to coordinate across internal and external stakeholders. Political awareness, sound judgment, and respect for chain of command are essential.
