Location: Woodinville, WA (in-office 4 days per week) Bensussen Deutsch & Associates (BDA) is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with paralegal experience to support the Chief Experience Officer (CXO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in our Woodinville headquarters. This role blends high-level executive support with legal and corporate governance coordination and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment. This position interacts with employees, corporate officers, board members, external professionals (bankers, attorneys, investors, vendors) and other personnel as necessary. Above all else this position requires a professional demeanor, attention to detail, sense of urgency, strategic solutioning and the ability to keep sensitive material and conversations strictly confidential. Duties will entail activities that are administrative, communicative, project-related, events and cross-functionally supportive in nature. Finally, it is important to understand BDA is a dynamic company and successful candidates will be able to thrive in a fluid business environment. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Paralegal, or hybrid EA Paralegal role
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives in a complex organization
  • Strong working knowledge of contracts, corporate governance, and confidentiality standards
  • Exceptional organizational skills, judgment, and attention to detail
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Woodinville and manage multiple priorities with calm and professionalism
  • Strives for continuous improvement (both personally and professionally)
  • Possess high degree of self-awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to compose letters and memos from a general outline of information
  • Planning, scheduling, organizing, team building, coordination, implementation and time management skills
  • Project management experience
  • General accounting knowledge
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Must have advanced skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Viso and other advanced computer operations

Nice To Haves

  • Paralegal certification or equivalent hands-on legal experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, high-level administrative support to executive leaders, including complex calendar management, meeting preparation, and travel coordination
  • Manage and improve internal review to signature contract process. Activities may include individual clause review, contract routing (to internal and external experts), progress tracking, for contracts, NDAs, confidentiality agreements, amendments, insurance coverage requirements and corporate documents in partnership with legal and external counsel
  • Manage insurance certificates and annual renewal process
  • Gains authority level management of key executive initiatives such as marketing campaigns, assisting with sales updates, visibility to critical timelines and projects, dealing directly with clients and their relationships
  • Maintain corporate records, entity documentation, and compliance files across multiple jurisdictions
  • Support executive meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, attendance tracking and follow-up actions
  • Coordinate signatures, document workflows, and filing processes with precision and discretion
  • Act as a trusted liaison between leaders, internal teams, and external partners
  • Anticipate needs, manage priorities, and bring order to fast-moving, high impact workstreams
