About The Position

Provides administrative and clerical support to the Chief Integration Officer/VP. Demonstrates professional standards of confidentiality, loyalty, dedication, independent decision-making skills, open communication, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, courtesy, and tact. Initiates, prepares, coordinates, and completes executive tasks associated with the VP’s areas of responsibility. Facilitates meetings, coordinates timely and accurate communication to reporting managers and departments, and performs other functions in the Integration Office (as needed). Provides secondary support for these reporting departments: Family Medicine Residency Program; Internal Medicine Residency Program; General Surgery Residency Program; Hospitalist Services; Emergency Services; Regional Development, Population Health, and Telemedicine; Medical Informatics; Psychiatry; and Research. Answers telephones and greets visitors, appropriately routes inquiries of a sensitive nature from the public, medical staff members, internal hospital departments, and outside organizations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Three (3) years of experience as an executive assistant or secretary
